My creative journey started long before titles and awards—back in Arapiraca, a small city in the Northeast of Brazil. If you’re Brazilian, you already know: it’s like Texas, just hotter. I was that nerdy kid building websites with my dad and exploring the endless possibilities of the internet—armed with nothing but curiosity and a Yahoo Geocities account (yes, that was a thing).
Design became more than a hobby. It became a calling. I earned my degree in Graphic Design in Maceió and later moved to São Paulo to specialize in Art Direction at Miami Ad School. That decision opened doors to a career that took me from boutique studios to global agencies—F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, AlmapBBDO, FCB, Accenture Interactive—and eventually to leadership at Publicis Toronto.
Over the years, I’ve created work for brands like National Geographic, Jeep, VISA, Heineken, Uber, WhatsApp from Facebook, Nestlé, AB InBev, Havaianas, Boehringer Ingelheim, and many others—blending craft and concept to create meaningful visual stories.
My work has been recognized by top industry awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards, The One Show, El Ojo, CCSP, and the London International Awards. In 2019, I represented Brazil at the Cannes Young Lions Competition.
I’ve also had projects featured in global publications such as The Guardian, Fast Company, The Times, AdAge, Adweek, The Drum, Shots, Mashable, and HuffPost—proof that creativity from a small town can make a global impact.
But at the heart of it all, I still approach every project with the same curiosity I had as a kid in Arapiraca—believing that design isn’t just about making things look good; it’s about making ideas move people.
